  1. What kind of technical support system does Keppel Digihub have?
    We have a 24x7 technical support team that do the reporting of server status, verification of cable connections, ‘remote-hand’ services & problem escalation to designated personnel.

  2. How can I have more privacy for my servers?
    We have private suites that allow clients to have more privacy and security.

  3. Can a customer resell space in Keppel Digihub facility?
    Keppel Digihub’s customers are allowed to sublease rack space to its customers.

  4. What is the total bandwidth the data center has?
    Keppel Digihub adopts a carrier neutral business model; we do not buy and resell bandwidth.

  5. What is the power redundancy arrangement?
    Our data center receives power from 2 power sub-stations for power source redundancy. In case of island-wide power failure, our UPS will take over. If within the next 30 seconds the power does not restore, our backup diesel generators will take over.

  6. What is the fire protection system?
    We have the following fire protection systems:
    - Gas flooding fire suppression system
    - Pre-action sprinkler system
    - Fire alarm system equipped with smoke detectors

  7. What is the water detection system?
    We have a water seepage detection system that is capable of detecting and locating water leak within the data center.

  8. What is the cooling system?
    We have CRAC units supplying the desired cool environment that is crucial to all the equipment.
